A small hanok filled with alcohol and art

Located in the heart of Seoul, Bukchon Hanok Village is a tranquil neighborhood of traditional houses dating back to the Joseon Dynasty. Traditional hanoks are characterized by their emphasis on harmony with nature, and we love the flowing lines and warmth of their wood and tiles.
Located in a town that blends tradition and modernity, "Dusil Waaok" is a modest way of referring to a very small house. The "waaok" is a cafe by day and a cocktail bar by night, where you can enjoy whiskey and wine made with fresh seasonal fruits, and a gallery called "Dusil," which makes the space even more stylish and full of art.
"Even if it's Dusil Waaok, I wouldn't change the three gongs(三公) for a few books for you, a couple of minutes for me, and a bottle of liquor in between!" - From the essay "Feng Lan" by Garam Lee Byung-ki
With Waaok

The stunning old house is home to the Dusil Gallery and Waaok Cocktail Bar. The view from the windows is also one of the things that everyone will be fascinated by, especially the view of Inwangsan Mountain, which becomes even more vivid on a sunny day.
I wanted to create a place where you can enjoy the warm atmosphere of the house, have a cocktail and a painting, and make memories with your loved ones. I also wanted to capture tradition with the tip of my brush through folk tales and feel the unique flavor and aroma of traditional liquor.
