Greenear Signature Seasonal Course 031
A classic concert, fine wine, and a beautiful night in Busan.
"It is a great place to visit for a special occasion. Watch the performance from prime seats, and enjoy a wine tasting event held for just one day, It is a truly special experience. If you come with your loved one, it will be a meaningful time that will remain in your memory for a long time." Curator S** |
"It is wonderful to have the opportunity to enjoy premium wines that are rarely accessible in everyday life. The taste of the wine felt truly different, especially when the sommelier intricately wove together the context of the day's musical pieces with the characteristics of the wines. It was a rich and delightful experience— as if I were savoring the classical music I had just heard with my ears all over again through my sense of smell and taste." Curator K** |
A Lingering Afterglow with Wine After the Curtain Falls

Inside the dimly lit concert hall,
the final note fades,
followed by a thunderous burst of applause.
Yet, the moment you step outside,
you may have felt that sudden wave of regret
rushing in with the chilly night air.
The Busan Classic Ritual began from this very feeling.

We extend the breathtaking melodies experienced
inside the Busan Concert Hall
—renowned for its world-class acoustic design—
beyond the concert walls.
To preserve that sublime afterglow,
a professional sommelier
has carefully selected wines that
harmonize perfectly with tonight’s performance.

Under the soft, ambient lighting,
the clear sound of clinking glasses echoes.
The glass of wine
we share tonight beautifully captures
the narrative and unique warmth
of the classical masterpiece
that unfolded on stage moments ago.

Wines that mirror the melodies,
paired with culinary creations that
gently embrace the lingering emotions.
The deep storytelling of music and wine
delivered by our sommelier
awakens your sight, hearing,
and taste in succession,
creating the most perfect symphony of the senses.

| Episode #2 Sommelier |

Lee Seung-hoon
I believe being a sommelier is about much more than just introducing beverages. A single glass of wine encapsulates the history and culture of its region, the winemaker’s philosophy, and an artistic sensibility.
This is why I personally meet with numerous winemakers to deepen my understanding of wine. Listening to their thoughts and philosophies reminds me that wine is not just an alcoholic drink, but a living culture and a story.
Above all, my greatest reward comes from delivering happiness to someone through a glass of wine. If a wine I introduce can make someone's time a little more special, then this work becomes profoundly meaningful in itself.

" Living a life loving wine is not just about drinking expensive bottles; it is about discovering life's leisure, beauty, and depth. "
