| Episode #1 CEO |

전 진 우 Jun Jin-Woo
I am the CEO of Gyeongbokgung Soju, which is a distilled traditional Korean soju in Seoul. I started out because I loved alcohol, and as I studied and researched it in depth, I realized how diverse and complex it is.

"I don't want you to just get drunk, i want you to fully experience and enjoy the full depth and unique flavor of the drink."

| Episode #2 space |

A century-old hanok house with different charms during the day and night, <Waaok> is loved as a cafe by day and a cocktail bar by night. The Korean landscape from the windows is one of the highlights of the place.

| Episode #3 Gyeongbokgung Soju |

The microbial activity of fermentation and aging in traditional Korean soju, which you will learn about in this course, is not something that can be mixed and matched like other beverages, but is nurtured with heart and soul. If you try to make it artificially quick and easy, the flavor and scent will change immediately and it will become a different drink. I feel that waiting is not just a waste of time, but also an important process to learn inner maturity and growth.
| Episode #4 course |
1 | Learn how traditional Korean soju is made |
| The difference between factory soju (diluted) and traditional soju (distilled) | |
2 | Tasting the whiskey version of soju |
